Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent à la carte breakfast. Range of local delicacies and drinks available. Convenient parking and close to town centre.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel had a charming old style, which added to the Christmas spirit. We were delighted to discover two different Christmas markets within walking distance from the hotel. the location was ideal for exploring the town's main sights. the hotel room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
We had some issues upon arrival. Reception hours seemed to be very limited, and no one answered the phone at the front door.

The hotel had a nice traditional touch, and the antique decor was charming. The location was great, it was very close to all the key attractions in the area. the price was reasonable, which was a major plus.
Our experience at this hotel was not all sunshine and rainbows. We had difficulty getting into the hotel upon arrival as no one answered the phone and reception hours were very limited.
